Gentlemen,

Stop and look at what you are standing on.

Fixed wake time. Morning protocol before any input. Food supply line running. Phone in grayscale, sleeping outside your bedroom like the traitor it is. Training locked in three-four days a week.

Ten days ago none of this existed. The stabilization phase is done. The machine runs.

Now the question that separates this program from a lifestyle blog: running toward what?

A stable operating system with no target is a well-organized waiting room. Clean. Quiet. Disciplined. Going nowhere. You did not build all this to become the most punctual man in the graveyard.

Understand the reverse warning too, because it matters. A target set on a chaotic operating system is fantasy. That is what most men do every January. Big goal, wrecked sleep, no structure, dead by February. The goal was never the problem. The foundation was.

That is why this mission lands on Day 11 and not Day 1. First the machine. Then the destination.

And you already know the destination. On Day 2 you wrote the Impossible Target. The man ten years out, the normal Tuesday of his life. Today runs a different exercise. Today you pick the ONE 90-day campaign that moves you measurably toward him. The Impossible Target is the direction. The War Plan is the next 90 days of marching.

The Bottom G hates today more than any mission so far, because vagueness is his oxygen. A man with no defined target can never fail. And never failing is the Bottom G's entire retirement plan.

Today you take it from him. Today you write the War Plan.

What you need

  • Your War Log
  • 45 uninterrupted minutes at the Command Post
  • Brutal honesty about what you actually want
  • The discipline to pick ONE thing

Step 1: Choose One 90-Day Target

Money, body, or skill. One lane.

Not three. One. The man chasing three rabbits eats nothing.

It must be a measurable outcome with a date. "Get in shape" is a wish. "Weigh 82kg with visible abs by [exact date 90 days from today]" is a target. "Make more money" is a wish. "€3,000 in side income by [date]" is a target.

If you cannot measure it, the Bottom G will grade it for you. He grades on a curve.

Step 2: Derive the 30-Day Milestone

Where must you be in 30 days for the 90-day target to still be alive?

Write the number. If you miss this milestone, you will know early. Not on day 89.

Step 3: Derive the DAILY LEAD ACTION

One daily action that moves the target more than everything else combined.

Outreach messages sent. Pages written. Kilos lifted per week. Sales calls made. Hours of deliberate practice.

Not "work on the business." A verb, a number, done daily.

Step 4: Name What Dies to Make Room

Room is not found. Room is cleared.

The hobby that produces nothing. The show. The three hours a day in the group chat. Name the corpse.

Step 5: Write It in the War Log

WAR PLAN 90-DAY TARGET: [measurable outcome + exact date] 30-DAY MILESTONE: [where I must be in 30 days] DAILY LEAD ACTION: [one action + one number] WHAT DIES TO MAKE ROOM: [name it]

From tonight, the lead action is a permanent daily line in your War Log. Checked every evening at shutdown. Done or not done. No third option.

There is no MED today. There is no minimum effective dose of picking a direction. You choose, or you drift.

Veteran Variant

Yes. Returning men do not get to chill.

Write the War Plan, then break the 90 days into 12 weekly checkpoints, each with its own number. Vague quarters are for men on their first lap.

Bottom G Tactic to Watch For

Tonight he runs Confusion.

"I have too many goals. I can't pick just one. What if I choose the wrong one?"

Hear it clearly: picking none IS picking. The couch is what he is protecting. Your options are just the cover story.

The counter: you are choosing 90 days of focus, not a life sentence. A wrong target executed teaches you more in 90 days than a perfect target debated for a year. Set a timer for 45 minutes. When it rings, the target is chosen.

Step 6: Post your Check-in

DAY: 11
RESULT: PASSED
[x] One 90-day target chosen, measurable, with a date
[x] 30-day milestone derived
[x] Daily lead action defined with a number
[x] Named what dies to make room
[x] Lead action added as permanent daily War Log line
[x] Red lines held
[x] Phone Law held
[x] Sleep Anchor held
[x] Morning Protocol completed
[x] Food Baseline held
[x] Training done ([-] if rest day)

TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence]
BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence]
MISSION COMPLETE: Day 11: The waiting room is closed.

If you did not complete the mission, do not lie. Post:

DAY: 11
RESULT: REDO
What I missed: [write it clearly]
What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]

Final Instruction

Ten days of structure earned you the right to aim.

One target. One milestone. One lead action.

Everything else is decoration.

The man with a war plan wakes up dangerous.

The man without one wakes up available. To everyone else's plans.

Forty-five minutes. Write it.

Go.

@Recruit

Gentlemen,

Halt an und schau dir an, worauf du gerade stehst.

Feste Aufwachzeit.

Was du brauchst

  • Dein War Log
  • 45 ununterbrochene Minuten am Command Post
  • Brutale Ehrlichkeit darüber, was du wirklich willst

Versendete Outreach-Nachrichten. Geschriebene Seiten.

Schritt 6: Poste deinen Check-in

DAY: 11
RESULT: PASSED
[x] One 90-day target chosen, measurable, with a date
[x] 30-day milestone derived
[x] Daily lead action defined with a number
[x] Named what dies to make room
[x] Lead action added as permanent daily War Log line
[x] Red lines held
[x] Phone Law held
[x] Sleep Anchor held
[x] Morning Protocol completed
[x] Food Baseline held
[x] Training done ([-] if rest day)

TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence]
BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence]
MISSION COMPLETE: Day 11: The waiting room is closed.

Poste:

DAY: 11
RESULT: REDO
What I missed: [write it clearly]
What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]

Schlussanweisung

Los.
