Gentlemen,
A weak body is the Bottom G's home turf.
Low energy, bad posture, soft middle, shallow breath. That is the terrain he fights best on. Every hour you spend physically weak, you are fighting him in his own house, on his furniture, by his rules. Training is how you burn that house down.
And you already know this. Every man knows this. So why are most men weak?
They have all the information. You have seen ten thousand fitness videos. They have the intention too. Every January proves that.
They are weak because they have intentions instead of schedules. "I should train more" has never built a single muscle. It is not a plan, it is a mood. And moods lose to Tuesdays. The late meeting, the bad night, the rain.
Here is the truth that saves you: you do not need a perfect program. You need a schedule that survives real life. The mediocre program executed for 30 straight days beats the optimal program executed twice. Consistency is the program.
On Day 4 you tested your max push-ups in one set. That number is in your War Log with your signature under it. Day 29 you test again. Between those two numbers stands exactly one thing: the sessions you actually complete.
Now, you have been moving daily since Day 1. That was the rule: exercise every day, something, even minimal. That rule stays. But a daily minimum keeps you alive; it does not build you.
Today we put the real structure on top of it: full sessions, scheduled, with a standard attached. Not a phase. Not a kick. A standard, scheduled like work, because it is work.
What you need
- Your War Log
- Your calendar
- Your Day 4 push-up number
- Training clothes
Session #1 happens TODAY, so plan the hour.
Step 1: Set the Weekly Schedule
Minimum 3 sessions per week. Written into the calendar with days AND times. Not intentions. Appointments.
"Monday evening-ish" is a mood. "Monday 18:00–19:00" is an order. Put each session in the calendar like a meeting with someone you respect, because it is: it is a meeting with the Day 29 version of you, and he does not accept cancellations without a fight.
Step 2: Define your Session, Full and MED
Pick your discipline: gym, calisthenics, martial arts, running. Your choice. But define it concretely. What a session actually contains, so "training" is never a vague word again.
Then define your training MED now, in advance, so a bad day already has its fallback on file:
- A 20-minute walk, or
- A bodyweight circuit: push-ups, squats, plank. 3 rounds
Write both into your War Log:
PHYSICAL STANDARD: Sessions per week: ___ (minimum 3) Days and times: ___ Full session = ___ MED session = 20-min walk OR push-ups/squats/plank × 3
Standard MED rules apply: morning declaration only, max 2 MED days a week across everything, mid-day downgrade is a Redo.
Step 3: Session #1, TODAY, Full Version
Today you complete session one. The full version. No MED on day one of a protocol. You do not open a campaign with a retreat.
Doesn't matter that it's not your scheduled day. Doesn't matter that you trained yesterday, veterans. Today is the signature on the contract, and you sign in sweat. A protocol that starts tomorrow is a wish.
Step 4: Set the Day 29 Push-up Target
Open your War Log to the Day 4 intelligence report. Next to your baseline push-up number, write:
DAY 4 PUSH-UPS: _. DAY 29 TARGET: _
Make it realistic: beat the baseline clearly, don't fantasize. Did 20? Target 30, not 100. This number is a standard you will meet on camera-honest terms in 19 days, not a poster for your wall. A hit target builds the next one. A fantasy target builds an excuse.
Step 5: Post the Schedule
Before your evening check-in, post in the channel:
TRAINING SCHEDULE: [days + times] / SESSION #1: DONE.
Public schedule. Witnessed. The brotherhood now knows your Monday 18:00 exists.
Veteran Variant
Returning men do not get to chill. On top of the push-up target, set one measurable strength or conditioning goal for Day 29 and write it in today: a weight on a lift, a 5k time, a dead hang duration. Something a stopwatch or a barbell can verify. Post it with your schedule. Numbers or it didn't happen.
Bottom G Tactic to Watch For
Today he runs Perfectionism. His favorite disguise, because it looks like ambition.
It sounds like: "You can't just start. You need the right program first. Research the best split. Compare gym memberships. Order proper shoes. Start properly on Monday, or you'll build bad habits."
It sounds like preparation. It is procrastination wearing a clipboard. Every hour spent optimizing a program you are not running is an hour donated to him. And he will happily let you research forever, because researching burns zero calories.
The counter: the man doing push-ups in his bedroom beats the man researching splits. Every time. Floor. Push-ups. Now. You can upgrade a running program mid-stride. Zero upgrades into nothing.
Step 6: Post your Check-in
Tonight:
DAY: 10 RESULT: PASSED [x] Weekly schedule in the calendar: minimum 3 sessions, with times [x] Full session and MED defined in the War Log [x] Session #1 completed TODAY, full version [x] Day 29 push-up target set next to Day 4 baseline: _ to _ [x] Schedule posted to the channel [x] Red lines held [x] Phone Law held [x] Sleep Anchor held [x] Morning Protocol completed [x] Food Baseline held TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence] BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence] MISSION COMPLETE: Day 10: The body gets built on schedule.
If you did not complete the mission, do not lie. Post:
DAY: 10 RESULT: REDO What I missed: [write it clearly] What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]
Final Instruction
Ten days ago you were a man with intentions.
Look at the board now: perimeter, numbers, phone law, anchor, playbook, mornings, supply lines.
Today, the body joins the system.
No perfect program. No waiting for Monday. A schedule that survives real life, and session one already done.
The Day 29 test is coming whether you train or not.
Train.
Go.
Gentlemen,
Ein schwacher Körper ist das Heimatrevier des Bottom G.
Wenig Energie, schlechte Haltung, weiche Mitte, flacher Atem.
An Tag 29 testest du erneut.
Was du brauchst
- Dein War Log
- Deinen Kalender
- Deine Push-up-Zahl von Tag 4
- Trainingskleidung
Session #1 findet HEUTE statt, also plan die Stunde ein.
Schritt 1: Lege den Wochenplan fest
Mindestens 3 Sessions pro Woche. In den Kalender eingetragen mit Tagen UND Uhrzeiten. Keine Absichten. Termine.
Wähl deine Disziplin: Gym, Calisthenics, Kampfsport, Laufen. Deine Wahl.
3 Runden
Schreib beides in dein War Log:
PHYSICAL STANDARD: Sessions per week: ___ (minimum 3) Days and times: ___ Full session = ___ MED session = 20-min walk OR push-ups/squats/plank × 3
Schritt 3: Session #1, HEUTE, volle Version
Schreib neben deine Baseline-Push-up-Zahl:
DAY 4 PUSH-UPS: _. DAY 29 TARGET: _
TRAINING SCHEDULE: [days + times] / SESSION #1: DONE.
Öffentlicher Plan. Bezeugt.
Schritt 6: Poste deinen Check-in
Heute Abend:
DAY: 10 RESULT: PASSED [x] Weekly schedule in the calendar: minimum 3 sessions, with times [x] Full session and MED defined in the War Log [x] Session #1 completed TODAY, full version [x] Day 29 push-up target set next to Day 4 baseline: _ to _ [x] Schedule posted to the channel [x] Red lines held [x] Phone Law held [x] Sleep Anchor held [x] Morning Protocol completed [x] Food Baseline held TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence] BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence] MISSION COMPLETE: Day 10: The body gets built on schedule.
Poste:
DAY: 10 RESULT: REDO What I missed: [write it clearly] What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]
Schlussanweisung
Trainier.
Los.
