Gentlemen,

Two weeks in. Time to open the files on yourself again.

You ran your first weekly review on Day 7. Today you run the second. Same discipline, plus a new weapon — the MED audit.

First, a reminder of why reviews exist. An army that never reads its own battle reports fights the same losing battle every week and calls it bad luck. Your check-ins from Days 7 to 13 are intelligence. Every tactic line you wrote is a confession the Bottom G made under interrogation. Today you read them back and find his pattern, because he always has one.

Now the new weapon. MED was built as a fallback. A parachute for the day the real world lands on you. Wear it every day and it is just a costume.

Here is the uncomfortable truth some of you need — a man who MEDs his training three times a week has not kept the standard. He has renegotiated it downward and called the paperwork discipline. The checkbox still gets ticked, the standard quietly dies, and the Bottom G learns something priceless. It learns that your walls have a soft spot, and he knows the address.

Today you audit that. With numbers, because numbers don't negotiate.

What you need

  • Your War Log
  • Your posted check-ins from Days 7 to 13
  • 30 quiet minutes at the Command Post
  • The stomach to count your own downgrades

Step 1: Reread the Week

Open your check-ins from Days 7 through 13. Read every one. Slow down on the BOTTOM G TACTIC lines. That is where the enemy's playbook is written in your own handwriting.

Also: re-sign your red lines for Week 3 in the War Log. Same lines, fresh ink, fresh signature. Weekly ritual, no expired commitments.

Step 2: Write the Review

In your War Log:

WEEKLY REVIEW 2 TOP 2 TACTICS THIS WEEK: [name them: Delay? Negotiation? Victimhood?] DID LAST WEEK'S DEFENSE HOLD?: [yes/no, and be honest about which one] THIS WEEK'S DEFENSE: [one specific counter for the top tactic]

A defense is specific. "Be more disciplined" is not a defense. "Phone stays in the kitchen until the deep work block is logged" is a defense.

Step 3: THE MED AUDIT

Count your MED days this week. An exact number.

More than 2? You broke the cap. Say so in the review, in writing. The cap is 2 MED days per week. It has been since the rule existed, and "I forgot" is a Bottom G sentence.

Now the sharper question — which protocol keeps getting downgraded?

If it is the same one twice or more, that is a pattern, not a busy week. That is the Bottom G finding the soft wall and returning to it, because that is what any competent enemy does.

Write:

THE PROTOCOL I KEEP DOWNGRADING: [name it] WHY: [the real reason, not the schedule excuse] THE FIX: [what changes this week so full-version becomes the default again]

Step 4: Report to the Channel

Post your MED count and your top tactic in the channel today, inside your check-in. Public numbers keep men honest in a way private notebooks never will.

There is no MED for a review, and there is certainly no MED for the MED audit. Thirty minutes, one sitting, done today.

Veteran Variant

Declare a zero-MED week. In the channel, today, in writing. Seven days, every protocol at full version. You built the fitness for it on your first lap. Prove it held.

Bottom G Tactic to Watch For

Today he runs Minimization.

  • "MED still counts, so nothing's wrong."
  • "The rules literally allow it. I'm compliant."
  • "At least I'm not skipping."

Technically true. Strategically rotten. Counting and thriving are different things, and he is betting you will not notice the difference until Day 30. A man can be fully compliant all the way down to mediocre.

The counter: the audit itself. Numbers on paper. If the MED count is fine, the audit takes two minutes and costs nothing. If it is not fine, you needed this mission more than anyone.

Step 5: Post your Check-in

DAY: 14
RESULT: PASSED
[x] Check-ins from Days 7 to 13 reread
[x] WEEKLY REVIEW 2 written: top 2 tactics, last week's defense verdict, this week's defense
[x] MED days counted. Exact number, cap breach admitted if it happened
[x] 45-minute base deep work days counted. 45 is a pressure valve, not the new standard
[x] Downgraded protocol named, with WHY and THE FIX
[x] MED count + top tactic posted below
[x] Red lines re-signed for Week 3
[x] Red lines held
[x] Phone Law held
[x] Sleep Anchor held
[x] Morning Protocol completed
[x] Food Baseline held
[x] Training done ([-] if rest day)
[x] Deep Work done: 90 full / 45 base / 25 MED (declared AM)
[x] Tomorrow planned

MED COUNT THIS WEEK: [number]
TOP TACTIC THIS WEEK: [name it]
TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence]
BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence]
MISSION COMPLETE: Day 14: The soft wall has been found.

If you did not complete the mission, do not lie. Post:

DAY: 14
RESULT: REDO
What I missed: [write it clearly]
What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]

Final Instruction

Two weeks of reports sit in your War Log.

Read them like an enemy analyst would.

Find the pattern. Name the soft wall. Fix it.

MED is a parachute, not a hammock.

Count your downgrades and say the number out loud.

The standard is the standard.

SKADOOSH

Gentlemen,

Du hast dein erstes Weekly Review an Tag 7 gemacht.

Was du brauchst

  • Dein War Log
  • Deine geposteten Check-ins von Tag 7 bis 13
  • 30 ruhige Minuten am Command Post
  • Den Magen, deine eigenen Downgrades zu zählen

Schritt 1: Lies die Woche noch einmal

Öffne deine Check-ins von Tag 7 bis 13. Lies jeden einzelnen.

Dieselben Linien, frische Tinte, frische Unterschrift. Wöchentliches Ritual, keine abgelaufenen Verpflichtungen.

Schritt 2: Schreib das Review

In deinem War Log:

WEEKLY REVIEW 2 TOP 2 TACTICS THIS WEEK: [benenne sie: Verzögerung? Verhandlung? Opferrolle?]

Schreib:

Veteran Variant

Erkläre eine MED-freie Woche. Im Channel, heute, schriftlich. Sieben Tage, jedes Protokoll in Vollversion.

  • „MED zählt trotzdem, also ist alles in Ordnung."
  • „Die Regeln erlauben es wortwörtlich. Ich bin regelkonform."
  • „Wenigstens skippe ich nicht."

Technisch wahr. Strategisch verrottet.

Schritt 5: Poste deinen Check-in

DAY: 14
RESULT: PASSED
[x] Check-ins from Days 7 to 13 reread
[x] WEEKLY REVIEW 2 written: top 2 tactics, last week's defense verdict, this week's defense
[x] MED days counted. Exact number, cap breach admitted if it happened
[x] 45-minute base deep work days counted. 45 is a pressure valve, not the new standard
[x] Downgraded protocol named, with WHY and THE FIX
[x] MED count + top tactic posted below
[x] Red lines re-signed for Week 3
[x] Red lines held
[x] Phone Law held
[x] Sleep Anchor held
[x] Morning Protocol completed
[x] Food Baseline held
[x] Training done ([-] if rest day)
[x] Deep Work done: 90 full / 45 base / 25 MED (declared AM)
[x] Tomorrow planned

MED COUNT THIS WEEK: [number]
TOP TACTIC THIS WEEK: [name it]
TOP G VOTE: Today I fed the Top G by: [write one real sentence]
BOTTOM G TACTIC: Today the Bottom G tried to: [write one real sentence]
MISSION COMPLETE: Day 14: The soft wall has been found.

Poste:

DAY: 14
RESULT: REDO
What I missed: [write it clearly]
What I will do now: [write the exact time you will complete it]

Schlussanweisung

Zwei Wochen Berichte liegen in deinem War Log.
